DIY Alert: Framed Ticket Display

By no means do I consider myself to be a crafty individual. However, with the right amount of determination and some help from Hunty, this framed ticket display project was pretty easy to execute. While no one was injured in the making of this post, my manicure did suffer (you’ve been warned.)

It was worth it, though, because we’re loving the final product:

Framed tickets

Hunter and I have been wanting to display our ticket collection for a while. Some of our favorite (and most interesting) memories took place at the concerts or sporting events we kept the stubs from. Thankfully we both have an affinity for hoarding paper goods (I even had some lift tickets to throw in there.)

Like many masterpieces, this project started at Michael’s. After we mapped out the tickets we wanted to display, I picked up this white 16×20 frame.  I also purchased some matching white mat from the framing department and an extra strength glue stick (yes, that’s a thing.)

Once I was ready to frame, I used the glue stick to affix the larger tickets first, followed by the smaller concert tickets and wristbands.  Then I framed it just like I would any other print or picture!

Now, I can relive my experiences from the comfort of my own living room. #Goals.
